Risol Bihun - Indonesian Style Springrolls

Risol bihun goes really good with chili sauce. It was one of my fav snack after school, it's so delicious and very cheap :). Surprisingly it goes also really good with peanut sauce. 
Try this recipe, it might also become one of your fav snack.
Tip: you can freeze uncooked risol bihun and when you need it, just deep frost and then fry.

Recipe:
1 carrot
1 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
black pepper
1/3 tsp garlic powder
100 gr dried vermicelli noodle
springroll pastry
cooking oil for deep fry

Peanut butter sauce:
1.5 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup water
1 tsp chili paste
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 -1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
